Service Reminders

1. Please ensure the complete and proper installation of doors. Obtain the necessary work permit and gate pass from your property management office. Note that the package does not include restoration works and network configurations.
2. Every package of Epic, LogHome, and Solity includes testing batteries, which may deplete faster than normal batteries. Changing to new ones should extend their life to about 6-10 months. Philips locks do not include AA Batteries due to shipment restrictions; consider purchasing these ahead of time. Packages for models using rechargeable lithium batteries already include them.
3. Only use Energizer AA Alkaline battery when changing your batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries. Please also watch out for battery leaks as they may damage the locks.
4. For models with mechanical keys, kindly ensure to keep one outside your house so you may use them as back-up keys.

6. For sites which are still under construction, please cover the device to protect it from possible scratches or damages which may occur during the construction phase.
7. For DIY Install, Kindly ensure to follow installation instruction as stated in the manual. You may send clarifications to our customer care for any concerns.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Price validity is one (1) month from the date of the quotation.
  2. Payment: Please make a cash payment or ensure payment clearance before delivery. For COD requests, clear the payment upon delivery.
  3. Stock Availability: Subject for confirmation upon approval of quotation.
  4. Indent Orders: Expect an approximate lead time of 90-120 days (subject to confirmation) after receiving a confirmed order and a 50% down payment. You must pay the 50% balance within 15 days of the order’s arrival. You should schedule delivery within 30 days from the arrival date of the items. We will charge a warehousing fee for orders stored beyond 30 days.
  5. Reservations: You can make reservations with a 50% down payment. For in-stock items, you must make full payment within 15 days, and we will deliver within 30 days. We will charge a warehousing fee for storage beyond 30 days.
  6. Delivery: We offer free delivery fees within Metro Manila. We base delivery charges outside Metro Manila on the location.
  7. If a Gate Permit, Delivery Permit, and Road Usage Permit are necessary at the site, you must submit these permits before the delivery schedule.

Exchanges: Subject for approval provided w/ the following conditions,

  1. That it is within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  2. That it is unused, in good order, in original boxes only, not a phased-out item, was not on sale or discounted at the time of the purchase.
  3. That item to be changed is in stock and is same or higher in value.
