Service Reminders

1. Doors should be completely & properly installed. Kindly prepare necessary work permit and gate pass from your property management office. Please note restoration works and network configurations are not included.
2. Testing batteries are included in every package of Epic, LogHome and Solity. They may be depleted much faster than normal batteries but once you change to new ones, it should lasts for about 6-10 months. AA Batteries are not included for Philips locks due to shipment restrictions. You may purchase this ahead of time. For models that uses rechargeable lithium batteries, it’s already included in the package.
3. Only use Energizer AA Alkaline battery when changing your batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries. Please also watch out for battery leaks as they may damage the locks.
4. For models with mechanical keys, kindly ensure to keep one outside your house so you may use them as back-up keys.

6. For sites which are still under construction, please cover the device to protect it from possible scratches or damages which may occur during the construction phase.
7. For DIY Install, Kindly ensure to follow installation instruction as stated in the manual. You may send clarifications to our customer care for any concerns.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Price validity is one (1) month from the date of the quotation.
  2. Payment: Cash or cleared payment should be made before delivery. For COD requests, please ensure cleared payment upon delivery.
  3. Stock Availability: Subject for confirmation upon approval of quotation.
  4. Indent Orders: Approximately 90-120 days (subject to confirmation) upon receipt of confirmed order and 50% down payment. 50% balance should be paid upon 15 days from the arrival of order. Delivery should be made within 30 days from date of arrival of items. Warehousing fee shall be charged for orders exceeding 30 days.
  5. Reservations: Reservations can be made with 50% down payment. For items on stock, full payment must be made within 15 days and shall be delivered within 30 days. Warehousing fee shall be charged for orders beyond 30 days.
  6. Delivery: Delivery fee within Metro Manila are offered for FREE. Outside Metro Manila are charged depending on the location.
  7. If Gate permit, Delivery Permit and Road Usage Permit are required at site, permits shall be submitted prior to delivery schedule.

Exchanges: Subject for approval provided w/ the following conditions,

  1. That it is within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  2. That it is unused, in good order, in original boxes only, not a phased-out item, was not on sale or discounted at the time of the purchase.
  3. That item to be changed is in stock and is same or higher in value.
